Introduction to Raja Yoga Meditation

The most important journey you can take is the journey within. This four–week course includes the philosophy behind meditation, guided meditation commentaries, as well as simple exercises, tips and techniques to enhance the skill of meditation. This type of Raja Yoga meditation doesn’t involve physical exercises or special postures so you won’t need to bring a yoga mat!

One-Day Raja Yoga Meditation

This one-day course is designed as an opportunity to delve a little deeper into the essential practice and theory of Raja Yoga meditation. Using a blend of teaching, discussion, reflection and guided meditation, this course aims to equip you with the basic tools required to practise this deep and yet simple form of meditation in daily life.

Emotional Freedom
