Anger is an expression of inner pain, an indication that all is not well in our world. It is one of the most powerful and destructive emotions. How can we change the anger within and use our energy in more positive ways? This seminar will explore:

- Using our energy in a more productive way to overcome it
Maggie is a retired social worker and has been practising Raja Yoga meditation for over 30 years. She teaches a wide range of self-development courses and has delivered the Overcoming Anger course at the Global Retreat Centre for more than 8 years.
