This one-day course is designed as an opportunity to delve a little deeper into the essential practice and theory of Raja Yoga meditation. Raja Yoga is a method for connecting with the highest in ourselves as well as the Source of spiritual energy, in a way that empowers us to meet the challenges of life and understand them within a spiritual context. Using a blend of teaching, discussion, reflection and guided meditation, this course aims to equip you with the basic tools required to practice this deep and yet simple form of meditation in daily life.

How to book: The maximum numbers of attendees for this event is 35, therefore please submit your booking form well in advance of your chosen course date. On receipt of your form, confirmation and travel details will be sent out to you by email.
