Taking time out has always been a vital part of improving the quality of life, refreshing our understanding of events and re-charging the spirit. A One-Day Retreat is an opportunity to step off the conveyor belt of life and spend time in a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere, reflecting upon and exploring the important factors governing our everyday experience. These include self-identity (the basis of real inner power) and the art of creating and maintaining harmony in our relationships.

In two sessions, experienced facilitators will offer insights into the practice of Raja Yoga meditation and look at the practical application of spirituality in daily life. You can also walk through the enchanting gardens and enjoy the spectacular, natural beauty of Nuneham Park, just outside of Oxford. Spend one day to re-treat yourself to the treasures of your spirit!

This event is designed as an introduction to the basic principles of Raja Yoga Meditation and suitable for visitors who are 18 years of age and over. If you have attended a One-Day Retreat in the past – and are not accompanying a guest, we would ask you please to take another look at our website and check out other upcoming events more appropriate for those with some previous experience.

How to book:

Due to their popularity, One-Day Retreats are filled up very quickly, so your booking form should reach us well in advance of your chosen retreat date. On receipt of your form, confirmation and travel details will be sent out to you by email.
