When we are yourng we are often conditioned to think in a certain way about our future life. A template is set in our mind which gives us a sense of purpose and a plan which we then put into action. But what happens if the plan goes wrong? Or we fail to live up to the expectations of ourseves and others? Or having achieved the plan we are left feeling disappointed or frustrated?
