I participated in the "Call of the Time" program in May. It was one of the best experiences of my life. I met excellent instructors and colleagues, made new friends, and, perhaps most importantly, refreshed some of my knowledge, gained new perspectives on the world, and adopted some new life habits. I commend everyone involved: the wonderful people who welcomed us, the instructors, the accommodations, the food, and the exceptional treatment we received. "Call of the Time" brought a lot of happiness and relaxation into my life.

Set in beautiful countryside, the retreat is a welcoming venue for mindfulness, meditation and self reflection. Lots of different sessions are held here, an interesting place.

I’ve been to two retreats at Global retreat centre. I stayed over two night on one retreat. I just want to say that it was 5* accommodation and wonderful food.. the talks were full of BKs wisdom and lighthearted fun. I came away feeling lighter in my heart and soul. I really changed my outlook on a lot of parts of my life and really feel grateful that this charity is doing such great retreats. The BKs work tirelessly and quietly in community all over the world.. empowering people to be the best versions of themselves. Life changing meditation course over 4 Wednesdays in August 23 with Mina. Cannot recommend this enough for beginners or experienced meditators

Have so much enjoyed the wonderful peaceful gardens at GRC and everyone I have met there has been kind and welcoming.

I love GRC anyway because it is my new birth place. Now that it has been refurbished, I would give 7 stars - if possible. I felt filled with a soft & gentle feeling of contentment and peace.

Was fortunate of being invited to their open day after a long wait for a full refurbishment to be completed! what a remarkable day, nice to see the sisters again, a joyous occasion, meditation maze was enlightening, wishing tree, self worth mirrors, talks, literature, and much more, all very inspiring. I have been here many times on day retreats, found to be calming, soul searching in such a peaceful enviournment, The sisters are pure love, I love them dearly

I love The Global Retreat centre place very much. It has really powerful inspirational vibrations, I feel very peaceful, relaxed and overall well-being.The grounds are so beautiful , with amazing views of nature , the beautiful colourful flowers ,trees and river views.
